WebNtft are usually under 40 hours a week. They could be 40 or up to 44 but usually not. One big plus to a Ntft is you are not required to work outside your schedule unless you are in the otdl. They can’t “force” you unless it’s an emergency. If you do work outside of your schedule it is out of schedule premium (1.5x)
