This issue is present regardless of the Windows version, which is either 1903 or 1909, and the few who have been updated to 2004. WebbJust found a way around it! Activate On-Screen Keyboard by: Windows+R, and type in "osk". Activate the NumLock at bottom right, and you should be able to use the number pad. The On-Screen Keyboard can be exited afterwards.
