WebI returned my shoes for a refund which they received back on 25th February. I have phoned them twice and have been told they are a little behind with refunds. All I can say is they must have a lot of refunds. Probably because, in my opinion, the quality is not as good as it used to be. I have had Hotter shoes for years but not any more.
