WebIt's kinda indestructible build, that can survive a lot. In escalation there are behemoth pairs, that not even the best of the best can dodge all the time. If you are good enough, then you can lower defense such as using other weapon, or take out though, but leaving iceborne is heavily recommended. WebThe most common argument against iceborne is that you’re using up a slot for survivability, where you could have put a dps cell, Also rendering predator essentially useless as you can’t get hit with it (rendering iceborne useless if you utilise predator well) But these are well known downsides to iceborne.
